Inbox management rules you write in plain English
Tell InboxManager what you want the way you would tell a good assistant. It turns each sentence into a rule that runs on every new email, in the mailbox you already use.

01Invoices from vendors go to Finance and remind me Friday.FinanceFriday
02Anything from an investor is Important, even if it is a forwarded newsletter.Important
03Cold pitches about lead generation go straight to the Spam and cold pitches lane, with no draft.Spam and cold pitches
04If a customer mentions a refund, draft a calm reply and mark it Needs reply.Needs reply
In Gmail, each rule becomes a label, so the result shows up in the Gmail web app, on your phone and in any client you use. Change a rule by rewriting the sentence.

On a shared inbox, rules also decide who owns each email. Everyone sees who is replying, so two teammates never answer the same customer twice.

What each plan includes every month, in plain numbers
The app shows every limit and how much of the month you have used. Counts reset with each billing period, and deleting a draft does not give the count back.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft and approve access through OAuth. InboxManager uses the official Google API or Microsoft Graph and never asks for your password.
Sort every email into five lanes
Each new email lands in Important, Needs reply, Waiting, Newsletters or Spam and cold pitches, with a one-line reason you can check. Long threads get a three-line summary with decisions, asks and deadlines.
Draft replies in your voice
For every email that needs an answer, InboxManager writes a draft in the style of your sent mail and saves it in your Drafts folder, ready to edit.
Approve and send
You read the draft, change what you want and press send yourself. Nothing goes out without your OK, and emails you are waiting on get a reminder and a suggested follow-up.

Change the values to match your team.
For the person who signs off on the budget
Do the math with your own numbers. Count the minutes your team spends on email each day, multiply by their hourly cost and by working days, then compare that with the plan price. Add what one missed follow-up with a customer or investor would cost you.
Fewer missed follow-ups, because every thread you are waiting on is tracked with a reminder
Faster replies to customers, because the draft is already in Drafts when the email arrives
Admin controls with roles, an audit log and data retention settings
Data handled through OAuth with minimum scopes, encrypted, never used to train AI models
Email management software pricing, half price when billed yearly
Save 50%
All plans include Gmail and Outlook, five-lane triage, thread summaries, reply drafts in your voice, follow-up reminders and a daily briefing. Yearly billing is selected by default.
No. InboxManager has no auto-send setting at all. Every reply it writes is saved as a draft in your Gmail or Outlook Drafts folder, and nothing leaves your mailbox until you or someone you approved presses send.
Do I have to switch to a new email app?
No. InboxManager works inside the Gmail or Outlook you already use. It sorts mail with labels in Gmail and folders in Outlook, puts drafts in Drafts and sends your briefing by email, so your phone and desktop apps keep working as before.
What happens to my email data?
InboxManager connects through the official Google API or Microsoft Graph with OAuth and asks only for the scopes it needs. Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest, processed only to produce lanes, summaries and drafts, never sold and never used to train AI models. Disconnect a mailbox or write to support@inboxmanager.ai and the stored data for it is deleted.
Can my assistant work in my inbox with me?
Yes. Every plan includes at least one assistant seat. Your assistant triages and prepares drafts, you approve them, and you decide what they can see and do. Read more on email delegation to an executive assistant.
Does it work for a shared inbox like support@ or sales@?
Yes, on Plus and above. Plus includes 2 shared inboxes, Pro 10 and Enterprise 40. Each email gets an owner, InboxManager warns when two people open the same reply, and drafts come from how your team answered similar questions before.
How are the monthly limits counted?
Each plan has a monthly allowance of triaged emails, reply drafts and thread summaries, shown in the app. A draft or summary counts once when it is produced, and deleting it does not give the count back. No plan is unlimited. For more, you move to the next plan.
Does it really write like me?
InboxManager learns your greetings, length and phrasing from the mail you have already sent, then writes drafts in that voice. You can pick a tone such as concise, warm, formal or firm, and every edit you make before sending teaches it a little more.
Which accounts can I connect?
Gmail and Google Workspace accounts, plus Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 accounts. You can mix both on one plan, which helps if you run client mail in Outlook and your own company in Gmail.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are final, as described in the refund policy.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes, with the demo at the top of this page. Paste an email and see how InboxManager sorts it, summarizes it and drafts a reply. To use it on your real mailbox, plans start at 24 USD per month billed yearly.
Hand your inbox to an assistant that waits for your OK
